Wonder Wheel
Four peoples' lives intertwine amid the hustle and
bustle of the Coney Island amusement park in the 1950s:
Ginny, an emotionally volatile former actress now
working as a waitress in a clam house; Humpty, Ginny's
rough hewn carousel operator husband; Mickey, a handsome
young lifeguard who dreams of becoming a playwright; and
Carolina, Humpty's long estranged daughter, who is now
hiding out from gangsters at her father's apartment.

West Virginia family man Jimmy Logan teams up with his one-armed brother Clyde
and sister Mellie to steal money from the Charlotte Motor Speedway in North
Carolina. Jimmy also recruits demolition expert Joe Bang to help them break into
the track's underground system. Complications arise when a mix-up forces the
crew to pull off the heist during a popular NASCAR race while also trying
to dodge a relentless FBI agent.

The character who will finally bridge the worlds of The Walking Dead
and Fear the Walking Dead was revealed during Talking Dead following
Sunday's episode of The Walking Dead, The King, the Widow, and Rick. It's
Lennie James, going from The Walking Dead to Fear the Walking Dead.
Mariah Carey is taking some time to focus on her health. The 47
year old singer has postponed her All I Want For Christmas Is You Tour on
doctor's orders. The tour, which was supposed to start on Nov. 27 (after Carey
was forced to cancel the first couple of dates due to a respiratory infection),
will now begin on Dec. 2 in New York.
With a strong, five-day debut Disney and Pixar's Coco
joined the ranks of the many successful films Disney has launched over the
Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Receiving high marks from critics and audiences
alike, the film finished atop the weekend box office and is looking at solid
returns throughout the holiday season.
Warner Bros.DC Entertainment’s Justice League has crossed
the $300 million milestone at the international box office, thanks to a second
weekend of $72.2 million at 31,450 screens in 66 markets.

Bruno Mars dominated the 2017 Soul Train
Awards. The pop star won five prizes, including best male R&B/soul artist,

and dance performance for 24k Magic.
Recently, a prop from the movie called Forbidden Planet broke a
record for auctions. To be exact, Robby the Robot sold for a massive
$5.375 million, which was a significant step-up from the previous record holder,
which was the Batmobile from the 1966 Batman that had sold for
$4.6 million in 2013.
