Game Night
Max (Jason Bateman) and Annie's (Rachel
McAdams) weekly game night gets kicked up a notch
when Max's brother Brooks arranges a murder mystery
party, complete with fake thugs and federal agents. So
when Brooks gets kidnapped, it's all supposed to be part
of the game. As the competitors set out to solve the
case, they start to learn that neither the game nor
Brooks are what they seem to be. The friends soon find
themselves in over their heads as each twist leads to
another unexpected turn over the course of one chaotic
night.

Father and stepfather Dusty (Mark Wahlberg) and Brad (Will
Ferrell) join forces to make Christmastime perfect for the children.
Their newfound partnership soon gets put to the test when Dusty's old-school,
macho dad (Mel Gibson) and Brad's gentle father (John
Lithgow) arrive to turn the holiday upside down. After a sudden change in
plans, the four men decide to take the kids to a luxury resort for a fun-filled
getaway that turns into a hilariously chaotic adventure.

Kurt Cobain on what would’ve been the Nirvana frontman’s 51st
birthday. The 53 year old singer posted a throwback black and white photo on
Tuesday, showing her cuddled into the chest of Cobain, who wrapped his arm
around her in the candid shot.
Amazon Prime Video has partnered with Studiocanal
for Marjane Satrapi’s Radioactive, a biopic of two-time
Nobel Prize winner Marie Curie that stars Rosamund
Pike.

After the singer faced massive backlash followed her National Anthem performance

An activist group is parlaying the record-shattering success of Black
Panther into real-world change. #WakandaTheVote is a voter
registration effort organized through the Electoral Justice
Project last year, which was founded by activists Kayla Reed,
Jessica Byrd and Rukia Lumumba. The EJP is an
off-shoot of the Movement for Black Lives.
There’s bad news for Nolanites today as Christopher Nolan,
director of Dunkirk and the venerable Dark Knight
Trilogy, has ruled himself out of the race for Bond 25.
Marvel Entertainment has released a promotional video teasing “a
fresh start” for its superhero comic book line this May, with creative team
changes and a return to the classic versions of characters including Iron
Man, Thor and Captain America.
George and Amal Clooney will participate in The March
for Our Lives on March 24 and will donate $500,000 to help
pay for the event, the couple announced.
Star Wars: The Last Jedi comes out on Blu-ray next month and it is going
to be packed full with extra features. To start, the disk will feature 14
deleted scenes. No clues were given about what the scenes may be, but director
Rian Johnson said in previous interviews he cut a lot out of the
film for time and pace.
Black Panther is going to have such a big opening weekend that its
four day start alone will make more money than the first ever Justice
League Movie.
It looks like Netflix has a new hit on their hands. Deadline
reports Altered Carbon earned 2.5 million viewers during its first
week. Based on the novel by Richard K. Morgan, the sci-fi drama takes
place in the 24th century and centers on Takeshi Kovacs (Joel Kinnaman),
a 22nd century mercenary who is forced to track down a killer.
Andi Mack has been renewed for a third season at Disney
Channel. The teen dramedy’s cast, including leading lady Peyton
Elizabeth Lee and co-stars Lilan Bowden, Joshua
Rush, Sofia Wylie and Asher Angel, will hit
the pause button on Season 2 this Friday, before returning with 12 additional
episodes (aka Season 2B) beginning in June.
Legendary rockers Styx will headline two of this year's hottest concert
lineups. The multi-platinum selling band will join forces once again with fellow
legends REO Speedwagon, and very special guest star Don
Felder (formerly of the Eagles) for a month long trek that starts
March 13 in Duluth, MN at the Amsoil Arena. Styx
will then team up with Joan Jett & The Blackhearts and Tesla for a
summer U.S. tour that kicks off May 30 in Irvine, CA at the
FivePoint Amphitheatre.
