The Hangover
Two days before Doug's Los Angeles wedding, his three best friends spirit him off to Las Vegas for the bachelor party of a lifetime. After a wild and crazy night, the groomsmen wake up to find that their wrecked hotel room isn't the only disaster they face. The groom has gone missing, and they can't remember a thing that happened the night before. They have two days to ferret out those lost memories and locate their lost buddy, or there's going to be hell to pay in L.A.

Defiance
Daniel Craig stars in an action-packed epic of family, honor, vengeance and salvation. The film tells the amazing true story of the Bielskis, four Jewish brothers living in Nazi occupied Poland who escaped into the forest during World War II. Joining up with Russian resistance fighters against the Nazi regime, throughout the war they built a village inside the wilderness and turned a group of war refugees into powerful freedom fighters, saving the lives of hundreds of Jewish civilians.

The Buzz..

With the characters of Lucas and Peyton now off One Tree Hill, the writers have dreamed up a few fresh series regular roles, one of which may soon belong to Brian Austin Green. Green is in advanced talks to play Nathan's brash sports agent, close pal, business partner and advisor.

Ryan Murphy has just finished writing the series finale of his FX show Nip/Tuck and, as a treat to loyal fans, revealed today that Ava Moore (Famke Janssen) will be returning for the dramedy's last two episodes. You remember, she was the crazy hot chick (who was once a dude) that manipulated Matt into a messed up obsession with her.

The Disney Channel has announced that it has ordered a fourth season of its flagship series Hannah Montana, keeping Miley Cyrus in the fold for at least one more year. Season three finishes production this week, and the cast and crew will go back to work early next year. The show's fourth season will deal with the Stewart family moving away from their Malibu home.

The fourth HSM film, High School Musical East Meets West, will be directed by Jeffrey Hornaday, a veteran choreographer (Flashdance, A Chorus Line) and director of the 1991 movie Shout. It will delve into the rivalry between the East High Wildcats and their rivals, the West High Knights. Casting is still going on for the movie, which will premiere next year.

Disney Channel picked up its new series Sonny with a Chance for a second season. Sonny with a Chance, which premiered in February, has quickly become one of the most popular shows on TV with the 14 and under crowd the Disney Channel. It stars Demi Lovato as a small town girl who gets a role on a TV show and tries to adjust to her newfound fame.

The 61st Annual Prime Time Emmy Awards were originally scheduled for September 20th, but CBS just realized they've got two football games on the 20th, which will likely delay the start of their programming that night, so they are bumping the Emmy's up to September 13th.

LIFE has undertaken the Herculean task of digitizing its entire photo archive. As a result, certain treasures are coming to the surface, including 15 never before released photos of sex symbol and screen legend Marilyn Monroe.

Before there was Mean Girls there was Heathers and now Winona Ryder, the star of the 1988 cult classic, says that there's another chapter of the story to tell. "Whatever you hear, there is a sequel in the works. I swear to God," she tells Us Weekly. "I've been wanting to do a sequel forever." She also shares that co-star Christian Slater (whose character blew himself up in the original) has agreed to return as "a kind of Obi-Wan character."

There's good news and then there's even better news. The good news is that there is such a thing as National Ice Cream Week. The even better news is that Del Monte is helping celebrate it this year in the UK with a limited edition popsicle replicating Daniel Craig's post swim torso from Casino Royale. A thousand British women were polled to determine who is the "coolest" guy in the United Kingdom. The current 007 beat out Jude Law, Hugh Grant and Tom Jones. The cherry on the sundae, so to speak, is that a Craig-sicle clocks in at under 100 calories and comes in fruity flavors like blueberry, pomegranate and cranberry.

Will Ferrell will sojourn to the Land of the Lost for this summer's movie comedy. Before then he'll be seen testing his survival skills alongside Bear Grylls on a special episode of Discovery Channel's Man vs. Wild. After being dropped from a helicopter in the far north region of Sweden, the unlikely duo will spend 48 hours rappelling down frozen waterfalls, looking for food, making their own snow shoes, trying to stay warm and munching on reindeer eyes.

Pearl Jam have recorded a commercial for retail giant Target, and revealed that their new album will be released with a consortium of partners as opposed to a US label. The band’s manager, Kelly Curtis, revealed that they have secured a deal with the store to be the big box retail partner for the release of the record, which is their first since the end of their 18 year contract with Sony.

Buckcherry will support Kiss on all dates for the band's upcoming North American tour. The tour, which begins in September, made headlines last month when it was announced that Kiss had partnered with live music social networking site Eventful to route the tour through the top-voted North American markets as determined by demand on the Eventful web site.

Weezer has teamed up with a leading U.S. blanket company to produce their own branded blanket. The band are set to get their own Snuggie, which is a blanket with sleeves, and instead will call the item a Wuggie. Frontman Rivers Cuomo says that the product is a legitimate Snuggie, and the company will help promote the item with the band.

Fall Out Boy bassist Pete Wentz's New York City bar Angels and Kings has been shut down for three days. The closing follows the NYPD's charge that the bar staff was serving alcohol to underage customers. But according to the Angels and Kings website, the bar is currently closed due to "maintenance issues."

Only a week after he ended his deal with Def Jam, Jay-Z is reportedly close to signing a deal with Sony Music. The deal would secure distribution for all releases on his Roc Nation label through Sony's Epic Records imprint. The deal with Sony makes sense considering Jay's close ties to Columbia Records (another Sony imprint) co-chairman Rick Rubin, who worked on The Black Album, as well as his wife Beyoncé, who's currently signed to Columbia.

Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr, the two surviving members of The Beatles, appeared together to present a Rock Band videogame that will give fans a chance to relive the Fab Four's musical triumphs.

Discovery Channel is bringing back its hit Monster Garage, relocating the production to Detroit and dubbing the series MG: Motor City. It will premiere in the fall.
