way, the very powers that brought them closer together
may just be what inevitably destroys them.

Transformers: Dark of the Moon
It's an onslaught of explosions, conspiracy theories and
Autobot versus Decepticon mayhem, with Shia
LaBeouf leading a cast of human heroes against an
all out alien robot invasion.
When
the Autobots learn of a Cybertronian spacecraft hidden
on the moon, it's a race against the Decepticons to
reach it and learn its secrets; secrets that threaten to
ignite a war so big that the Transformers alone will not
be able to save the planet. This all new 4 disc Ultimate
Edition includes nearly four hours of behind the scenes
footage, cast and crew interviews and more.
The Buzz...
Despite reports to the contrary, you can breathe a sigh of relief knowing that
there won't be any mini Snookis running around any time in the near future.
Jersey Shore star Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi went on the radio to
squash the nasty rumors circulating that she is expecting a bundle of joy.
Snooks stopped by the Opie & Anthony radio show in New York and confirmed
that she is not pregnant.
Music junkies looking to looking to live out their rock 'n' roll fantasies in a
virtual realm will have their chance in March. The upcoming WholeWorldBand
app, set to launch next month, brings musical collaboration to a new level,
allowing users to jam with established musical artists, either by adding
themselves to an artist's video performance and playing along with them, or
substituting themselves with any member of the band.
While the details of Demi Moore's recent hospitalization remain
unclear, People magazine is reporting that the actress was barely eating
and partying too much in the days leading up to her medical scare. And it
appears that part of Moore's concerns were related to something she has no
control over - the effects of aging.
A heavily hyped, Michael Jackson themed episode of Glee
gave the show its best ratings since early in the season. It also helped New
Girl grow from its last new episode two weeks ago.
DC
Comics will publish a series of Watchmen prequels in the summer,
which for comics fans is either the greatest news since Mylar bags or an affront
to one of the great graphic novels of the last 30 years. The Before Watchmen
series will consist of four or six issue miniseries following Rorschach,
Nite Owl, the Comedian, Dr. Manhattan,
Silk Spectre, Ozymandias and the Minutemen. All will
take place before the events shown in Alan Moore and Dave
Gibbons' landmark 1986-87 work. Each issue will also contain a two-page
backup story, Curse of the Crimson Corsair, echoing the Tales of the
Black Freighter story in the original.
Same place, different name? That soon may be the case if the Eastman
Kodak Company gets its wish to break ties with the Hollywood theater it has
been associated with for the last 12 years. We're referring, of course, to the
Kodak Theatre, which has been home to the Academy Awards
since 2002. So why the desire to part ways? Chalk it up to financial troubles.
Kodak confirms that it has filed a motion with the court seeking approval to
terminate its agreement with the Cim group, which owns the mall that houses the
theater.
As the new face of Jockey, NFL star Tim Tebow won't
be following in the footsteps of David Beckham by dropping his
trousers to sell underwear. "Some things are better when left to the
imagination," says Mo Moorman, PR Director for Jockey
International, on HuffingtonPost.com. An underwear clad Tebow was briefly
displayed on the company's website, but the image was replaced with one of the
Denver Bronco fully clothed.
Justin Timberlake is set to play Clint Eastwood's pal as
the movie veteran comes out of acting retirement for upcoming baseball film
Trouble With The Curve. The Dirty Harry legend will star as an ageing
baseball scout who is losing his vision, and Timberlake has been cast as his
friend Johnny Flanagan, a former pitcher who works as a talent spotter for the
New York Yankees.
Robins Air Force Base spokeswoman Chrissy Miner says
John Travolta will donate a G-2 Gulfstream executive jet to
the Georgia Aviation Hall of Fame at the Museum of Aviation in Warner
Robins. Museum officials say Travolta, who is a pilot, is donating the plane in
honour of his son Jett, who died in 2009.
Over the years, Lisa Marie Presley has become dissatisfied
with movies chronicling her father’s life, so she just might make a film about
the rock ’n’ roll icon. The daughter of Elvis Presley said she has
been in talks about a movie, though she didn’t offer a timetable.
Disgraced pop legend Gary Glitter won't be profiting from
America's Super Bowl this weekend after football bosses banned his
track from the sporting event. The controversial glam rock star usually gains
royalties from the big match as his 1972 hit song Rock and Roll Part II
is traditionally played during the game, while finalist team the New
England Patriots usually play the tune, known as the Hey Song in the
U.S., to celebrate each touchdown.
