Superman

Old Guard 2 delivers a thrilling, heartfelt, and
absolutely satisfying cinematic experience.

lives up to Season 1 and more. The Sandman is a
spectacular endeavor and thoroughly entertaining. The
storytelling is razor sharp, the visuals are
breathtaking, and the performances are nothing less than
extraordinary.

Scarlett Johansson is securing her place as
the highest-grossing Hollywood star. The 40 year old
actress became the highest-grossing lead actor in
Hollywood after the release of Jurassic World
Rebirth. The global total for the opening weekend
at the box office totaled over $318 million.
Sydney Sweeney is sharing her thoughts on
the possibility of starring in a Barbie sequel.
When asked about whether or not she would be interested
in the idea of appearing in a possible Barbie sequel,
Sydney said, “I’d have to read a script, but I’m a huge,
huge fan of Margot [Robbie], so I would
not be opposed to it.”
Belle-a Walker is calling out Cierra
Ortega for her resurfaced racist comments. During
the July 6 episode of Love Island USA,
Cierra abruptly left the villa due to a “personal
situation.” Her departure from the show comes shortly
after numerous instances of her using a racial slur
against Asian people resurfaced online.
Jon M. Chu is putting the pedal to the metal. He
is set to direct a live action Hot Wheels
movie for Warner Bros. Based on the
Mattel toy, the high octane action film will
showcase “some of the world’s hottest and sleekest
vehicles,” according to a press release. Plot details
haven’t been revealed. But ever since Barbie captured
the zeitgeist and grossed a mammoth $1.44 billion,
Mattel has been mining all kinds of children’s toys for
the big screen. Film versions of Barney, Polly
Pocket, the card game Uno and Rock ‘Em
Sock ‘Em Robots are currently in the works.
When it comes to Apple’s biggest films, F1:
The Movie has officially moved to pole
position. F1 has generated $293 million at the global
box office after 10 days of release, overtaking the
entire theatrical runs of Martin Scorsese’s
Killers of the Flower Moon
($158 million worldwide) and Ridley Scott’s
Napoleon ($221 million) to stand as Apple’s
highest-grossing movie to date.
Daisy Ridley recently starred in
Cleaner, which did poorly at the box office, earning
only $1 million on a $25 million budget. Although it
flew under the radar, Cleaner deserves far more credit.
It's the kind of taut, explosive action flick for
grown-ups that doesn't really exist anymore because
theatres are bogged down with IP driven franchises.
Netflix has set a September premiere for the
third season of hit Japanese thriller series Alice in
Borderland, unveiling the first teaser for the
new installment. The streaming giant’s latest season of
the series returns viewers to the dangerous alternate
reality, with Season 2 having debuted at No. 1 on
Netflix’s Global Top 10 list for non-English TV
shows.
The parent company of A&E Network, History
and Lifetime is joining the growing list of cable
channels that are being sold or divested by their studio
parent company. NBCUniversal is preparing to
divest MSNBC, CNBC, USA Network
and four more linear channels. Warner Bros.
Discovery also plans a similar separation from a
clutch of linear cable assets: CNN, TNT,
TBS, Discovery, Food Network,
HGTV, TruTV and more.

with three players (including one familiar face) and the
same all-access intensity. The series continues its
mission to show fans what it really takes to lead an
NFL team.

Kirsten Storms is opening up about what it
was like to be temporarily replaced in her long running
General Hospital role. Storms, who has
played Maxie on the historic soap opera since May 2005,
was recently replaced temporarily by Nicole
Paggi due to scheduling conflicts.
