The Running Man
A near future society is captivated by a brutal reality show where contestants,
known as Runners, are hunted by professional assassins. Ben Richards (Glen
Powell), a desperate man needing money for his sick daughter, is
convinced by the show's producer, Dan Killian (Josh Brolin), to
enter the game. As Richards' defiance makes him a fan favorite and a threat to
the system, the danger escalates, forcing him to outwit his hunters and a nation
addicted to the spectacle. Ratings soon skyrocket as Ben's defiance, instincts
and grit turn him into an unexpected fan favorite, as well as a threat to the
entire system.

Now You See Me: Now You Don't
is the third installment in the Now You See Me film
series, which follows the original Four Horsemen (J.
Daniel Atlas, Merritt McKinney, and Jack Wilder) as they
reunite with new illusionists to take on a new, global
heist. The synopsis states the group must expose the
corruption of a powerful diamond heiress and arms
dealer, Veronika Vanderberg, in their most ambitious
magical adventure yet. The new generation of
illusionists includes characters played by Justice
Smith, Dominic Sessa, and Ariana Greenblatt, and the
team is aided by the legendary Thaddeus (Morgan
Freeman). The film features the return of the
original Horsemen, including Jesse Eisenberg,
Woody Harrelson, and Dave Franco,
alongside newcomers Justice Smith,
Dominic Sessa, and Ariana
Greenblatt.

Pluribus (AppleTV+)
Premise. Set in Albuquerque, New Mexico, the series
follows author Carol Sturka, who is one of only thirteen
people in the world immune to the effects of "the
Joining", resulting from an extraterrestrial virus that
had transformed the world's population into a peaceful
and content hive mind (the "Others"). Pluribus is a
truly stunning and unique TV series that delivers a
complex yet ultimately rewarding cinematic experience.
The show is a breath of fresh air, presenting a
narrative that feels genuinely new and challenging,
making it a wonderful watch for those seeking something
unconventional in television.

Don’t call Kim Kardashian a lawyer
yet, unless you’re referring to her character in
All’s Fair. Kardashian took to her Instagram
Stories to share that she didn’t pass the bar
exam, which she took over the summer. “Well…I’m not a
lawyer yet, I just play a very well dressed one on TV,”
she wrote. “Six years into this law journey, and I’m
still all in until I pass the bar."
Predator: Badlands clawed its way to $80 million
at the global box office, ranking as the biggest debut
in the nearly 40 year old franchise. Director Shane
Black’s 2018 reboot The Predator
previously held the record with $73.5 million, not
adjusted for inflation.
Brooke Burke is a former host of
Dancing With the Stars, but
don’t expect to see her return for the 20th birthday
special. The 54 year old TV personality and actress has
said that she has no intentions of revisiting the show.
“A redo is hard for me,” Brooke said during an
appearance on the I Choose Me podcast with
host Jennie Garth, another former DWTS
alum. She continued, “I guess there’s some things that
are worth a repeat in your life, but I feel like I wrung
it out and I did everything I needed to do on that
show.”
Idina Menzel is giving a new live
performance of Defying Gravity ahead of
the release of Wicked: For Good.
The Tony winning actress, who was the original
Elphaba on Broadway, performed the iconic song at the
Stand Up For Heroes charity
event at Lincoln Center in New York City.
Netflix has picked up a sequel series to The
Cosby Show spinoff A Different World.
The streaming service has given the sequel a series
order after a rare situation where they’d ordered a
pilot.

The actress, who has not yet been confirmed to return
for the third movie, joined the cast on the red carpet
for the world premiere event on Monday (November 10) at
The Lighthouse at Chelsea Piers in New
York City.

Starz has released the teaser for the upcoming
final season of Outlander and confirmed the
premiere date. The timeless romance will return in March
2026. Along with the teaser and date reveal, Starz also
dropped new key art from the season.
Rob Dyrdek is speaking out with thanks
following the cancellation of his MTV series
Ridiculousness, which ran for 46 seasons. The show
will continue to air new episodes into 2026, but no more
episodes are going to be produced. Just one day before
the cancellation, it was reported that Rob had been
making at least $32.5 million a year from MTV.
After losing millions of dollars from his passion
project, Megalopolis, Francis Ford
Coppola had to sell another one of his objects.
This time, it’s a private island in Belize that Coppola,
85, frequently vacationed. The area, called Coral Caye,
consists of 2.5 acres, is eight miles long, is a
25-minute boat ride from the mainland, and is self
sufficient with water tanks and solar panels. For the
last nine years, the Godfather director has leased it,
however, it sold for $1.8 million.
Marty Supreme wowed the New York
Film Festival last month when it
surprise-screened on a Monday night, with star
Timothée Chalamet and director Josh
Safdie in attendance. Social media reactions were
all raves for Chalamet’s performance as a prodigy
ping-pong player who, in the 1950s, goes to hell and
back in pursuit of greatness.
DC Studios and HBO Max are
developing a fictional true crime series set in the DC
Universe. Titled DC Crime, the show would
be presented as a true crime docuseries that would be
hosted by Jimmy Olsen (Skyler Gisondo).
The first season would focus on Gorilla Grodd,
a DC villain best known for his battles with The
Flash.
