The Moment
Following the massive success of her 2024 album Brat and the resulting
cultural phenomenon of Brat Summer, a fictionalized version of
Charli XCX struggles to maintain her artistic integrity while under
immense pressure from her record label to commercialize her brand. Set in the
weeks leading up to her first arena world tour, the film follows Charli as she
prepares for her debut, all while her team, including a vapid manager (Jamie
Demetriou) and a corporate record label head (Rosanna Arquette),
tries to keep Brat Summer going indefinitely.

Estranged half brothers Jonny and James reunite after
their father's mysterious death. As they search for the
truth, buried secrets reveal a conspiracy threatening to
tear their family apart. If you want to sit down and
watch a surprisingly violent, hilarious action movie
then this is it. Both Jason Momoa and
Dave Bautista entertain from the very
beginning. Nobody is winning is an Oscar for their
performances, but who cares when a film is this much
fun.

Margot Robbie as Jane. In the new SNL
sketch, Tarzan is breaking up with Jane and expressing
confusion for why a woman of her stature would ever be
with a guy like him.
Director Sam Raimi’s new horror movie
Send Help may do just that at the sluggish
winter box office. The R-rated deserted island thriller,
starring Rachel McAdams and Dylan
O’Brien, has made $2.2 million at the box office
in previews.

A new Star Wars show looms on the horizon,
and it's a little bit different from what fans have come
to expect from Disney+. The latest entry in the
fantastic streak of shows from Lucasfilm
Animation, Star Wars: Maul: Shadow Lord, begins
with a two-episode premiere on April 6th, with two more
episodes dropping each week through Star Wars Day on May
the 4th.
