The 2026 live-action Masters of the Universe film follows Prince Adam (Nicholas Galitzine), who was sent to Earth at age 10 to protect him. After 15 years living a mundane corporate life, he reunites with his magical Power Sword, transports back to Eternia, and battles Skeletor (Jared Leto) to save his shattered kingdom. To reclaim his family legacy and defeat Skeletor's army, Adam must learn to harness the magic within, reunite with his loyal allies including Teela (Camila Mendes), Man At Arms (Idris Elba), and the Sorceress (Morena Baccarin) and fully embrace his destiny as He-Man.

Ladies First is a Netflix satirical comedy starring Sacha Baron Cohen and Rosamund Pike. It follows a wildly misogynistic marketing executive who hits his head and wakes up in a parallel universe where the gender roles are flipped and women hold all the power. Damien Sachs (Cohen) is an arrogant, wealthy ad executive on the brink of becoming CEO. After he promotes Alex Fox (Pike) into a position of power solely for the optics, and proceeds to consistently ignore, dismiss, and talk over her, Alex quits. While berating her in the street, Damien strikes his head on a light post and wakes up in an alternate reality ruled by women.

The show leans heavily into classic film noir conventions, blending mystery, jazz, and 1930s organized crime with superpowered villains like Silverma, Sandman, and Tombstone.
