Supergirl
Kara Zor-El, aka Supergirl (Milly Alcock), joins forces with an
unlikely companion on an interstellar journey of vengeance and justice when an
unexpected adversary strikes too close to home. Directed by Craig Gillespie and
based on the Woman of Tomorrow comics, the film follows a grieving Kara Zor-El.
After her dog Krypto is poisoned by the ruthless Krem of the Yellow Hills, she
teams up with an orphaned teen seeking revenge on the same villain to save her
pup. While Kara is initially reluctant to partake in the cycle of vengeance,
Krem shoots a poisoned dart into Kara's beloved dog, Krypto. With only 72 hours
to find an antidote, Kara joins forces with Ruthye on a chaotic, cosmic road
trip to track down Krem, forcing her to confront her own tragic Kryptonian
origins.

Voicemails For Isabelle (Netflix)
A romantic dramedy starring Zoey Deutch
and Nick Robinson, it follows a grieving
pastry chef named Jill who continues to leave
confessional voice messages on her deceased sister’s
phone number, entirely unaware that the number has been
reassigned to an unsuspecting man in Texas. Charmed by
Jill's honesty, Wes travels to San Francisco and stages
a "coincidental" meeting, withholding the fact that he
has been listening to her private voicemails. As their
romance blossoms, Jill starts to reclaim her
independence and opens her own dessert food truck.
Eventually, the truth about the voicemails comes to
light, forcing Jill to grapple with feelings of betrayal
and ultimately choose between her past sorrow and a
future with Wes.

I Will Find You (Netflix)
A thrilling mystery about David Burroughs (Sam
Worthington), a man serving a life sentence for
murdering his 3 year old son, Matthew. Five years later,
his former sister in law, Rachel, shows him a photograph
indicating Matthew is still alive. David breaks out of
prison to find his son and prove his innocence. The
fast-paced narrative takes David through a dangerous
maze of corporate conspiracies, underworld syndicates,
and relentless FBI agents as he races to clear his name
and save his son. The series is based on the novel of
the same name by Harlan Coben, Robert
Hull.

Quaid will be joining the voice cast in Season 5 and
the show has already scored an early Season 6 renewal.

host Sean Evans have been sparking romance
speculation in recent weeks. Sean stopped by Keke‘s
podcast recently and she introduced him as a “potential
future suitor,” and they had some flirty banter during
the episode. A short time later, they were spotted

had a prime cousin moment at the Supergirl world
premiere. The Superman actor appeared to intervene at
the red carpet premiere held in New York City when a
photographer seemed to touch the actress on the back.
Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift
are reportedly getting ready to walk down the aisle in a
few weeks, and they have apparently been in celebration
mode the last few days. Amid reporting that they were on

Elizabeth Banks is ready to take chances,
make mistakes and get messy on the Magic
School Bus. Banks is attached to star as
adventurous teacher Ms. Frizzle in a live-action The
Magic School Bus movie, with Legendary getting the
rights to make the feature. Rob Letterman
will write a treatment and direct, after working with
Legendary on Detective Pikachu.
A new take on The Blair Witch
Project will haunt theaters next fall. Lionsgate,
which is backing the reboot of the supernatural
thriller, has slated the movie for Sept. 24, 2027.
The Devil Wears Prada 2
will be available to stream on Disney+ and
Hulu starting July 29. The sequel has grossed $677
million so far at the worldwide summer box office.
A24’s The Drama is set to arrive on
HBO Max July 31. Written and directed by
Kristoffer Borgli, The Drama follows soon
to be married couple Emma (Zendaya) and Charlie (Robert
Pattinson) in the week leading up to their
wedding.
Kevin Bacon is set to star in Summoner,
an Amazon MGM horror thriller on which Jeremy
Slater, the longtime genre writer behind
Mortal Kombat II and Umbrella
Academy, will make his directorial debut.
The Yellowstone spinoff series Dutton
Ranch starring flagship stars Kelly Reilly
and Cole Hauser has been renewed for a
second season at Paramount+. The news comes as
the series heads into its final two episodes of season
one, with the finale releasing on July 3.
A series adaptation of the fantasy novel The
Everlasting is in development at Netflix. The
streamer won the rights to Alix E. Harrow’s
bestseller in a competitive situation.
