Family Guy Happy-Hell-o-ween (Disney+)
Brian and Stewie die after ignoring a drowning man and getting hit by a car, landing them in Hell where a burned-out Devil (voiced by Kieran Culkin) quits and leaves them in charge. On their way to a Halloween party on Block Island, Brian and Stewie refuse to save a drowning man (rationalizing that saving him would leave him a brain damaged burden) before getting struck by a vehicle. Sent to the underworld for 24 seasons' worth of bad behavior, they complain about the conditions and annoy the Devil so much that he resigns, handing over management to them. Stewie and Brian try running Hell like a corporate startup making torture voluntary and adding amenities but quickly drown in endless administrative paperwork and sinner requests.
