The Change-Up
Growing up together, Mitch (Ryan Reynolds) and Dave (Jason Bateman) were inseparable best friends, but as the years have passed they've slowly drifted apart. While Dave is an overworked lawyer, husband and father of three, Mitch has remained a single, quasi employed man-child who has never met a responsibility he liked. To Mitch, Dave has it all: beautiful wife Jamie, kids who adore him and a high paying job at a prestigious law firm. To Dave, living Mitch's stress free life without obligation or consequence would be a dream come true. Following a drunken night out together, Mitch and Dave's worlds are turned upside down when they wake up in each other's bodies and proceed to freak out. Despite the freedom from their normal routines and habits, the guys soon discover that each other's lives are nowhere near as rosy as they once seemed. Further complicating matters are Dave's sexy legal associate, Sabrina, and Mitch's estranged father. With time not on their side, Mitch and Dave struggle to avoid completely destroying each other's lives before they can find a way to get their old ones back.

The Buzz...

Lindsay Lohan has been released from jail less than five hours after checking into a California prison. The Mean Girls star arrived at the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, California shortly before 9pm local time on Sunday night, and she was sent home around 1.30am on Monday morning. The actress pleaded guilty to a probation violation last Wednesday and was sentenced to 30 days in jail, but she ended up serving less than five hours behind bars due to prison overcrowding.

Justin Bieber is set to take the next step; a DNA test to prove he isn't the father of Mariah Yeater's baby. Bieber, 17, has already vigorously denied the 20 year old fan's claim that he got her pregnant, saying he never even met her. He will take the test once he returns to the U.S. from Europe next week, a source tells People. The pop superstar is also likely to sue Yeater and the people representing her to show there are consequences to making false accusations.

Starz must be feeling pretty confident about Spartacus‘ second season (not to mention new leading man Liam McIntyre): The network has greenlit a third season more than two months before the premiere of Season 2.

You could own a piece of Lady Gaga. Specifically the black, sculpted dress that Gaga wore on the cover of Madame Figaro magazine's May 2011 issue, which is estimated to bring in more than $10,000. The auction will also include some of Gaga's most popular pieces as well as other personal memorabilia from John Lennon, Bono and Mick Jagger in December. They'll be auctioning off a sketch that Lennon drew of himself and Yoko Ono during their 1969 bed in, which could sell for $50,000, the costumes he and Paul McCartney wore in the film Help, Gaga's prop gun from the video Born This Way, and Cyndi Lauper's dress from Girls Just Want to Have Fun.

Legendary film critic Roger Ebert says his revamped version of At the Movies is in danger of going off the air. The syndicated program Ebert Presents At The Movies needs more investor funding to survive, the critic writes. “Unless we find an angel, our television program will go off the air at the end of its current season,” Ebert wrote this weekend, noting the ratings for the show have been strong.

The Adventures of Tintin expanded in to the rest of Europe and the Middle East and easily repeated a top the foreign box office charts this weekend. In Time received a bit of a boost from an expansion, while Puss in Boots continued to dominate in Russia. Tintin added an estimated $40.8 million from 45 territories, which brings its two-week total to $125.3 million. The Steven Spielberg animated adventure's best debut came from a solid second place start in Russia ($5.9 million). However, its top market was once again France, where it plummeted 64 percent to $7.8 million after its enormous opening last weekend.

MGM announced plans today to make a live action family adventure based on Martin Handford’s popular children’s book series Where’s Waldo? “We are thrilled to be bringing the search for Waldo to the big screen,” said Jonathan Glickman, MGM’s Motion Picture Group President. “We look forward to making a worldwide adventure that will appeal to Where’s Waldo? fans of all ages.”

Slash says Velvet Revolver will get together in December to "spend some time with a couple of singers - that's all I can tell you." The group, on hiatus since frontman Scott Weiland left to rejoin Stone Temple Pilots in 2008, worked early this year with Slipknot/Stone Sour frontman Corey Taylor, but that did not pan out, as Slash vetoed his involvement.

Although authorities decided not to press charges against Matthew Fox after he got into an altercation with Heather Bormann outside of a Cleveland bar in August, the bus driver who accused Fox of assaulting her sued the actor. Now, Fox has filed his own lawsuit against the 29 year old bus driver, saying she instigated the scuffle, not him.

The newest Glee Christmas album doesn't come out until Nov. 15, but good news: you can listen to the entire thing online now. In addition to the Glee The Music: The Christmas Album Volume 2 tracks we've already heard, including Naya Rivera's Santa Baby, Amber Riley's All I Want for Christmas is You and Chris Colfer and Darren Criss' Let it Snow duet, there are two original Christmas songs. Matthew Morrison and Jayma Mays duet on Christmas Eve With You, while Lea Michele and Criss sing Extraordinary Merry Christmas.

Take Care, Drake's upcoming album, due to hit stores and iTunes on Nov. 15, leaked online in its entirety on Sunday (Nov. 6). And rather than ask fans to ignore the tracks, Drake himself tweeted that fans should, "Listen, enjoy it, buy it if you like it."
