The Grey
A group of oil rig roughnecks are left stranded on the
sub-arctic tundra after their plane experiences a
complete mechanical failure and crashes into the remote
Alaskan wilderness. The survivors, battling mortal
injuries, biting cold and ravenous hunger, are
relentlessly hunted and pursued by a vicious pack of
rogue wolves.

In the near future, the sport of boxing has gone hi-tech. Hugh Jackman
stars as Charlie Kenton, a washed up fighter who lost his chance at a title when
two ton steel robots took over the ring. Now nothing but a small time promoter,
Charlie earns just enough money piecing together low end bots from scrap metal
on the underground circuit. When Charlie hits rock bottom, he reluctantly teams
up with his estranged son Max to build and train a championship contender. As
the stakes are raised, against all odds, Charlie and Max get one last shot at a
comeback.

The Hangover boys are one step closer to coming back for another drunken
installment of the film franchise; after months of negotiations, the three main
stars have snagged themselves a major payday. Bradley Cooper,
Zach Galifianakis and Ed Helms are signing on for a
second sequel to the 2009 hit and making a cool $15 million each in the process.
The deals are nearly signed after a four month stall in which the three actors
banded together to fight for a $15 million payday. The trio made just $1 million
each for the first Hangover movie, which wound up grossing $467 million
worldwide. 2011's sequel, The Hangover Part II, netted each of the
debaucherous dudes $5 million each.
Good thing they already have those fancy dresses. Bridesmaids stars
Rose Byrne, Ellie Kemper, Melissa McCarthy,
Wendi McLendon-Covey, Maya Rudolph and
Kristen Wiig will serve as presenters at this year's Academy
Awards.
Steve-o has moved on from doing nasty bodily harm to himself on camera,

filed Thursday. The Jackass star has been slapped with a negligence suit
by a woman who claims that she was injured during a taping of his upcoming
reality series, Killer Karaoke.
Demi Moore was having convulsions in her Los Angeles home after
she smoked an unknown substance, according to the 911 call tape released Friday.
"She smoked something. It's not marijuana, but it's similar to it. It's similar
to incense," said a female caller. "She seems to be having convulsions of some
sort."
Shazam, the popular media discovery app, partnered with three NBC
Universal shows for their upcoming and current seasons; USA’s
Psych, SyFy’s Being Human and E!’s The
Soup. Viewers of the three shows can access special show-related content,
qualify for prize sweepstakes and unlock other special features if they Shazam

years the company has expanded with its Shazam for TV feature, which
enables a viewers to use the same software to tag a show or an ad.
Netflix stock surged Thursday on the strength of the home entertainment
giant's bullish fourth-quarter earnings. Shares of the company rose 22 percent
over the course of trading, ending the day at $116.01 a share.
Kim Kardashian is continuing her push into scripted fare. The
reality star has been tapped for a multiple episode arc on the upcoming fourth
season of Lifetime's Drop Dead Diva.
Madonna’s Super Bowl halftime extravaganza is only a little
more than a week away, as more rumors sneak out about her 12 minutes to rule the
world on Feb. 5. Lmfao, who are signed to the Interscope
distributed imprint and Cherrytree Records, will play with Madonna
at the big show in Indianapolis.
You can now learn about Beyoncé in class. A professor at Rutgers
University has decided to offer a course titled Politicizing
Beyoncé, where students can learn about the superstar singer’s influence as
icon of social change.
Pop singer Ke$ha reached out to fans to condemn a recent documentary
released of her called Ke$ha: Her Life, Her Story, which contains
unauthorized footage of the singer.
