Jumanji: The Next Level
When Spencer goes back into the fantastical world of
Jumanji, pals Martha, Fridge and Bethany re-enter the
game to bring him home. But everything about Jumanji is
about to change, as they soon discover more obstacles
and more danger to overcome. Directed by Jake
Kasdan and written by Kasdan, Jeff Pinkner,
and Scott Rosenberg. It is the second
sequel to 1995's Jumanji, following 2017's Jumanji:
Welcome to the Jungle, and the third installment of
the Jumanji franchise. Dwayne Johnson,
Kevin Hart and Jack Black
reprise their roles.

Once Upon A Time In Hollywood
Actor Rick Dalton (Leonardo DiCaprio) gained fame and fortune by
starring in a 1950s television Western, but is now struggling to find meaningful
work in a Hollywood that he doesn't recognize anymore. He spends most of his
time drinking and palling around with Cliff Booth (Brad Pitt), his
easygoing best friend and longtime stunt double. Rick also happens to live next
door to Roman Polanski and Sharon Tate, the filmmaker and budding actress whose
futures will forever be altered by members of the Manson Family.

Alice star Philip McKeon has died at the age of 55,
according to a representative. McKeon died on Tuesday after a long battle with
an unspecified illness.
Beyonce's father Mathew Knowles is opening up about the
"poor decision" he made in the early aughts that allegedly affected his daughter
and Kelly Rowland during their Destiny's Child days.
During a sit down video interview with Vlad TV, to promote his latest book, the
67 year old talent manager and businessman claimed that Beyoncé and Kelly were
victims of sexual harassment by two members of the group Jagged Edge.
Disney+ has finally found its lead for the upcoming Home Alone
reboot on the streaming platform. Jojo Rabbit breakout star
Archie Yates will be starring in the reboot of the classic film.
Variety also reports that the young actor will "not be playing the iconic
Kevin McCallister, but a new character in a similar premise to the original
franchise." As fans may recall, Macaulay Culkin played the role of
McCallister in the original 1990 film.
Britney Spears will do whatever it takes to be there for her
children. Three months after the pop star and ex Kevin Federline
reached a new custody agreement, Spears plans to make it her "mission" to get
more time with her sons. As it stands, Spears has 30 percent, unsupervised
custodial rights.
Fox News is facing yet another lawsuit. On Tuesday, Fox News host
Britt McHenry filed a lawsuit against the network and its
corporate parents, accusing them of "refusing to investigate some of her claims,
shunning her, shutting her out of company events and refusing to allow her on
Fox News Channel shows."
Paul McCartney is collaborating with Netflix and Gaumont
on the animated feature “High in the Clouds,” based
on the children’s novel he wrote with Geoff Dunbar, and Philip
Ardagh. McCartney is producing and contributing songs to the film, which
centers on an imaginative teenage squirrel named Wirral who find himself pulled
into a ramshackle gang of teenage rebels who live high in the clouds.
Marvel Television, the small screen division of the big, bad, hit
comic book IP factory responsible for so many movie sensations and anticipated
projects, is shutting down. The Jeph Loeb-led shingle, which many
believed to be moving toward redundancy given Kevin Feige's promotion as
Chief Creative Officer of Marvel, and his plans to make Disney+ shows
that directly tie in to the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
In what comes as a shock to probably no one, Game of Thrones was
the most tweeted about TV show of 2019, according to Twitter’s year in
review data. What might surprise you, however, is that Saturday Night
Live, the show that came in at No. 1 on 2018’s list, was completely
absent from this year’s Top 10 rankings. |
