The Invisible Man
Trapped in a violent, controlling relationship with a
wealthy and brilliant scientist, Cecilia Kass (Elisabeth
Moss) escapes in the dead of night and disappears
into hiding, aided by her sister (Harriet Dyer),
their childhood friend (Aldis Hodge) and
his teenage daughter (Storm Reid). But when Cecilia's
abusive ex (Oliver Jackson-Cohen)
commits suicide and leaves her a generous portion of his
vast fortune, Cecilia suspects his death was a hoax. As
a series of eerie coincidences turns lethal, threatening
the lives of those she loves, Cecilia's sanity begins to
unravel as she desperately tries to prove that she is
being hunted by someone nobody can see.

discovery. All of the original movie characters return (Kristen Bell,
Josh Gad, Johnathan Groff) in this up to par sequel
that will delight fans of the first film.

Hilary Duff may be a public persona, but her kids and their
friends never signed up for it. That's why the mother of two took matters into
her own hands when she noticed a strange man photographing her son's football
game last weekend. She walked up to the individual, who claimed to be
"practicing" photography and demanded he leave since he was making the other
people at the game uncomfortable.
If you were hoping for a second chance for Hannah Brown, you're
out of luck. The beloved star of last season, who ended up with a broken
engagement and a bright future, turned down a return to the driver's seat for
season 16 of The Bachelorette when the pay wasn't enough for her.
She then signed on to the Dancing With the Stars
stage tour, making her officially unavailable for filming.
Sofia Vergara has signed on as a judge for the upcoming 15th
season of America’s Got Talent at NBC, Variety has learned.
In addition, Heidi Klum is returning to the show for the first
time since 2018. They join the current judging panel that consists of Simon
Cowell and Howie Mandel, with Terry Crews
serving as the show’s host.
Superstore will be down an employee after the fifth season. America
Ferrera is exiting the NBC comedy at the end of the 2020 season
wrapping up Thursday, April 16.

Williams. Reinaldo Marcus Green is directing the drama,
which is now in production in Los Angeles with a cast that also includes
Saniyya Syndey and Demi Singleton as Venus and Serena,
respectively.
Disney’s upcoming live action remake of Mulan may not share a lot
in common with its animated counterpart, but one thing it will share is the best
Disney song: Christina Aguilera‘s Reflection. The ballad
that the pop singer recorded for the 1998 Disney movie helped launch her career.
After a five year hiatus from being a series regular on television, Friends
and Cougar Town star Courteney Cox returns to the
small screen. And this time, she's making it an extra spooky affair. Cox has
been tapped to star in the Starz horror-comedy pilot Shining
Vale, playing a woman who just might be possessed.
CBS has temporarily halted production on The Amazing Race
due to increased concerns about the coronavirus. A company spokesperson says
that the series’ contestants and production staff are currently returning home,
but confirmed that none have shown symptoms of the virus.
A remake of the Jimmy Stewart-Kim Novak romantic
comedy Bell, Book & Candle is in the works with Jay
Weston and Sara Risher producing.
Remember the M.A.S.K. movie based on the action figure toyline from the
1980s? Well, it’s still happening, and it’s found its writer. Chris
Bremner, who co-wrote Bad Boys For Life, has
just been tapped to pen the script for the film, which is being directed by
F. Gary Gray.
CBS’ Hawaii Five-0 will end its run after 10 seasons. The network
has set a two-hour series finale on Friday, April 3.
Chicago P.D. alum Sophia Bush has been cast as the
title character in the CBS drama pilot Good Sam. A medical
drama from writer Katie Wech and executive producer Jennie
Snyder Urman, Good Sam centers on a talented yet stifled surgeon
embraces her leadership role after her renowned and pompous boss falls into a
coma.
With Vikings nearing the end of its run, star Katheryn Winnick
has booked her next series. She has signed on as a lead opposite Ryan
Phillippe in The Big Sky, ABC’s
straight-to-series drama created and executive produced by David E. Kelley. |
