another solid cast of characters for audiences to
introduce into their living rooms.

A live studio audience will once again fill the seats on set of The Ellen
DeGeneres Show. Starting with the Oct. 28 show, 40 fans will be seated in
the talk show’s audience section alongside 70 virtual attendees. The return to
live audiences may be happening just in time for the show’s Halloween week, but
strict pandemic related health and safety protocols will help ensure that the
coronavirus gives no added spooks to guests.
Mixing business with pleasure led to a Texas wedding photographer’s arrest over
the weekend, accused of having sex with a guest, urinating on a nearby tree and
threatening officers while being taken to jail. Katherine Leigh Mehta,
26, of Arlington was released from jail after posting $10,738 bail. Authorities
identified Mehta as a wedding photographer. She also has an Instagram
account under her model name Max McIntyre.
Sean Connery’s widow, Micheline Roquebrune, has
broken her silence following the movie star’s death, opening up about his battle
with dementia. The 90 year old former James Bond icon’s peaceful
death was confirmed by his family, and now his artist wife has confirmed reports
the Scottish actor was battling the degenerative condition.
Former American Idol favourite Nikki McKibbin has
died, aged 42. The singer, who came in third on the first season of Idol in
2002, passed away after reportedly suffering a brain aneurysm.
Megan Fox has taken aim at her estranged husband, Brian Austin
Green, for posting a Halloween costume snap featuring the former couple’s
four year old son on Instagram.
Black Panther star Letitia Wright is convinced
Marvel bosses are secretly plotting an all female Avengers
blockbuster. The actress, who appeared as Shuri in a string of Marvel movies,
including Black Panther, Avengers: Infinity War and
Avengers: Endgame, has already seen the wheels rolling on the potential
project, and insists a big girl power announcement is imminent.
Adele has turned down an estimated $52 million worth of diet endorsement
deals following her 97 pound weight loss. According to reports, the Someone
Like You hitmaker has been flooded with offers from TV networks,
brands, and marketing firms who were hoping to cashing in on her body
transformation.
Bravo has added Kathy Hilton to the next season of The
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Variety has confirmed. For now,
Hilton will appear as a “friend of the housewives,” rather than a full fledged
cast member, a source says.
Eddie Hassell, actor and star of the NBC show Surface,
was killed in a shooting in outside of Dallas, Texas. He was 30. Hassell’s
representatives say that the actor was shot during what appeared to be an
attempted carjacking. |
