 A secret agent (John David Washington) 
						embarks on a dangerous, time-bending mission to prevent 
						the start of World War 3. In a twilight world of 
						international espionage, an unnamed CIA operative, known 
						as The Protagonist, is recruited by a mysterious 
						organization called Tenet to participate in a global 
						assignment that unfolds beyond real time. The mission: 
						prevent Andrei Sator, a renegade Russian oligarch with 
						precognition abilities, from starting World War III. The 
						Protagonist will soon master the art of "time inversion" 
						as a way of countering the threat that is to come. 
						Another mind twister by the artful direction of 
						Christopher Nolan.

As Marvel fans and movie lovers around the world still grapple with the 
sudden loss last week of Chadwick Boseman, his death has raised 
some questions as to what will happen to Black Panther, the 
superhero the 43 year old played four times and was set to reprise in a sequel 
that was due to begin shooting in 2021. Boseman, who in addition to playing 
T’Challa in Black Panther had tackled real life icons like Jackie 
Robinson, James Brown and Thurgood Marshall, 
kept his four year battle with colon cancer a secret, and according to The 
Hollywood Reporter no one involved with the Marvel franchise knew he 
was ill.
 Travis Scott has become a bargain menu item at fast food chain 
McDonald’s. Available at McDonald’s restaurants across the U.S., the Travis 
Scott meal includes a fresh beef Quarter Pounder with cheese, 
bacon, and lettuce, fries and BBQ sauce with a Sprite to wash it down at 
the price of US$6. The new meal will be available to hungry customers from Sept. 
8 until Oct. 4, and Scott has designed custom T-shirts for McDonald’s staff 
members to wear during the promotion. The Sicko Mode star becomes 
the first celebrity to be featured on the McDonald’s menu since 1992.
 
 Brie Larson originally turned down her acclaimed role as 
Captain Marvel because she “didn’t think I could handle that”. The 
Oscar winning actress explained in her new YouTube video that she originally 
said “no” to the role multiple times, but Marvel bosses kept pursuing 
her.
 
 Dr. Dre’s estranged wife Nicole Young has reportedly 
asked for almost $2 million a month in temporary spousal support as their 
divorce battle continues. Young has filed legal documents requesting $1,936,399 
per month in spousal support, in addition to a further $5 million to cover her 
legal fees.
 
 Newly separated Armie Hammer has sparked speculation of a rebound 
romance with fellow actor Rumer Willis. The Call Me By Your 
Name star announced he had split from his wife, Elizabeth Chambers, 
in July after 10 years of marriage, and it appears he has turned to Bruce
Willis and Demi Moore’s eldest daughter for comfort.
 
 British actor Robert Pattinson has tested positive for COVID-19, 
halting production of The Batman and highlighting the industry’s 
struggles to get back to business after months of a pandemic induced shutdown. 
Movie studio Warner Bros. said in a statement that “a member of 
‘The Batman’ production” in Britain had tested positive for the coronavirus, but 
did not give a name. “Filming is temporarily paused,” the studio’s statement 
added, but did not say for how long.
 
 Singer and producer Blanco Brown has been hospitalized in a 
serious condition after he was involved in a head on car crash in his hometown 
of Atlanta, Georgia. The 35 year old, real name Bennie Amey III, 
suffered “significant injuries” in the collision, and was rushed into emergency 
surgery at a local medical centre, where he is now resting following the 12 hour 
operation.
 
 Nintendo is set to re-release classic titles featuring popular character
Mario for a limited time on its hit Nintendo Switch console 
to mark 35 years since the launch of landmark game Super Mario 
Bros.
 
 Miranda Lambert, Luke Combs and Maren 
Morris lead the 2020 Country Music Association (CMA) 
Awards nominations. Lambert comes out on top of the list with an impressive 
seven nods. Not only does the tally make her the most nominated act this year, 
but it also ups her total nominations to 55, a record for a female artist in CMA 
history.
 
 Three years after Pretty Little Liars wrapped its seven 
season run and a year after its second spinoff was canceled, Warner 
Bros. TV is ready to revive the legacy franchise. Riverdale 
showrunner Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa is spearheading a new 
take on the former Freeform mega hit.
 
 New episodes of The Mandalorian will hit the streaming service 
Disney Plus on Oct. 30. No new trailer has dropped for the Star
Wars live action series starring Pedro Pascal, but Season 2 
will include Timothy Olyphant in some fashion, Rosario 
Dawson as Clone Wars character Ahsoka Tano, and
Temuera Morrison as Boba Fett.
