At The Movies
The Colony
When the climate becomes extremely cold owing to machine
failure, people take shelter in underground bunkers.
Meanwhile, a group of survivors encounters cannibals who
feed on humans. The environment gives the viewer a lot
of nostalgia from The Day After Tomorrow with the
climate change as a dynamic in this movie, creating this
eternal ice age. While watching the characters go
through their surroundings as they remain frozen in time
after a disaster that caused the world to fall into
darknesss, the atmosphere of the movie is absolutely
incredible.
