Jurassic World: Dominion
Experience the epic conclusion to the Jurassic era as
two generations unite for the first time. Chris
Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard are
joined by Laura Dern, Jeff
Goldblum and Sam Neill in Jurassic
World Dominion, a bold, timely and breathtaking new
adventure that spans the globe. From Jurassic World
architect and director Colin Trevorrow,
Dominion takes place four years after Isla Nublar has
been destroyed. Dinosaurs now live, and hunt, alongside
humans all over the world. This fragile balance will
reshape the future and determine, once and for all,
whether human beings are to remain the apex predators on
a planet they now share with history's most fearsome
creatures.

Chip 'n Dale: Rescue Rangers (Disney+)
A remake of an animated Disney show that hasn’t aired
since 1990, Chip 'n Dale: Rescue Rangers is honestly as
good as everyone says it is. With the titular chipmunks
in this film voiced by Andy Samberg and
John Mulaney, there’s enough charm and meta
humor to hold this movie together. Sure, there are a ton
of unnecessary and gratuitous cameos but this film is
smart enough to handle its references and point out its
own absurdity. If you actually do miss Sonic having
ugly, human like teeth, watch this movie.

The Boys (Prime Video)
This season of the boys opens with more shock and more
gore than seen before, and it is all as well welcoming
to see. The complex plot which The Boys has built is
captivating as a stand-alone but also furthers itself by
relating to the real life superhero movies in a
condescending manner to show them how it's really done.
The Boys wants you to believe it's a satire of modern
culture. The problem is that it happily partakes in the
same thing it claims to satirize. Couple this with
scenes of little value other than shock with lazy and
predictable writing and you get The Boys. The very
definition of mediocre. Why people are falling over
themselves to praise this show is baffling, assuming
that the praise is genuine.
