The Exorcist: Believer
When two girls disappear into the woods and return three days later with no memory of what happened to them, the father of one girl seeks out Chris MacNeil, who's been forever altered by what happened to her daughter fifty years ago. When his daughter, Angela, and her friend Katherine, show signs of demonic possession, it unleashes a chain of events that forces single father Victor Fielding to confront the nadir of evil. The Gold (Paramount+)
Hugh Bonneville stars alongside Jack Lowden and Dominic Cooper in a series inspired by the iconic true story of the Brink's-Mat robbery and its aftermath. On 26 November 1983, six armed men broke into the Brink's-Mat security depot, stumbling across gold bullion worth £26m. The disposal of the bullion caused the birth of large scale international money laundering, provided the dirty money that helped fuel the London Docklands property boom, united blue and white collar criminals and left controversy and murder in its wake. What started as a `typical Old Kent Road armed robbery' according to detectives at the time, became a seminal event in British criminal history.

The Buzz...

Tiffani Thiessen has denied having plastic surgery or fillers to keep her youthful looks. The Saved by the Bell actress is turning 50 in January and insists she has no plans to join the Hollywood trend to go under the knife, as she likes seeing signs of ageing on her face.

Britney Spears is taking things “one day at a time” following her divorce from Sam Asghari. She took to social media to post a snap of herself cuddled up to manager Cade Hudson and noted how hard it was to “reflect” on her past whilst writing her upcoming memoir.

Beyoncé is in final talks to release her recent Renaissance tour as a concert film through AMC Theatres, according to media reports. The release is tentatively set for wide release on Dec. 1 and will reportedly include parts of her live shows, her Renaissance visual album and a look at both the making of the album and the tour. The film follows megastar Taylor Swift’s own Eras Tour heading to the AMC on October 13.

A week after the pop star set the internet ablaze by popping up next to the Kansas City Chiefs tight end’s mom at his game against the Chicago Bears on Sunday, she’s officially back in the stands for another round of Sunday football, this time against the New York Jets at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey. Swift wasn’t alone, either. In videos posted to social media from inside the stadium, Swift arrived at the game alongside close friends Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds, as well as Hugh Jackman. Swift was also seen with Sabrina Carpenter and Queer Eye star Antoni Porowski.

Sir Bob Geldof is returning to his best known project to develop a stage musical based on his 1985 Live Aid concert. Featuring some of the era’s biggest names in music, ranging from Mick Jagger to David Bowie to to Tina Turner to Bob Dylan to still legendary performance by Freddie Mercury and Queen, Live Aid raised millions of dollars to fight famine in Africa.

For his eighth studio album, Autumn Variations, Ed Sheeran decided to shake things up. Rather than utilizing the power of a major label (his previous albums were released on Atlantic), he’s released his latest LP independently on his own label, Gingerbread Man Records.

Olivia Rodrigo had a “pinch me” moment while performing with fellow singer-songwriter Sheryl Crow. The pop-rock artist, 20, joined Crow, 61, on stage Friday night at Nashville’s iconic live music venue, The Bluebird Café, for an intimate show. The duo sang a stripped-down version of Crow’s hit, If It Makes You Happy.

Paramount’s animated sequel Paw Patrol: The Mighty Movie topped the box office in its debut, earning a solid $23 million from 3,989 North American locations over the weekend.

ABC’s newest Bachelor franchise spinoff The Golden Bachelor courted in 4.36 million viewers, according to Nielsen live-plus-same-day figures, up 45% from the most recent premiere of The Bachelor.
