Irish lothario Colin Farrell is poised to put his hell-raising talents to 
test - by playing legendary bad boy rocker Ozzy Osbourne. The 
up-and-coming actor is the front-runner to portray the Black Sabbath 
singer in a biographical movie of the bat-biting Brit. Executives at Paramount 
Pictures and MTV Films are negotiating to bring 54-year-old Ozzy's action packed 
life-story into cinemas across the world.
 
The 1980s television series 
Knight Rider and its crime-busting, talking car are revving up for the big 
screen. The drama starred David Hasselhoff as Michael Knight, owner of 
the high-tech Pontiac Trans Am known as K.I.T.T. The film is planned as an 
action comedy and it's not yet known who will star in the film. 
 
Tobey Maguire 
and Viggo Mortensen were nominated for best male performance, and the 
movies they star in, Spider-Man and The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers, each 
received a leading five nominations for this year's MTV Movie Awards.
 
Arnold Schwarzenegger 
will host an upcoming TV special about the top 100 heroes and villains of the

Sydney Pollack 
is in negotiations to direct the thriller The Interpreter for Universal

tight bidding war for remake rights to the Swedish comedy Kopps for Adam

wants to bring The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse to a theater and a toy store 
near you in the near future. Winston, the Oscar-winning visual effects artist 
and creature creator, continues to delve deeper into the video game realm by 
optioning feature film and action-figure rights to 3DO's entirely new 
Mature-rated video game franchise Apocalypse.

are reportedly in discussions with producer Ross Robinson (Slipknot,
Korn, Limp Bizkit) about collaborating on the group's next studio 
album, tentatively due on November 4 through Atlantic Records.

The two-year delay of House of 
1000 Corpses, Rob Zombie's feature-film directorial debut, seems to have

weekend generated $3.5 million from just 595 theaters, an impressive $5,800 
per-screen average, ranking it seventh on the latest box-office tally.
 
Season three of The Osbournes 
is set to premiere on MTV on June 10. The new season will include details of 
Sharon Osbourne's colon cancer recovery, and an "only-in-Hollywood" incident 
that found The Osbournes camera crew face-to-face with a crew following 
actress/comedienne Roseanne. The third season of The Osbournes is 
expected to be its last.

vowed to investigate an alleged fight between rock matriarch Sharon Osbourne 
and Hollywood agent Renee Tab. The reality TV star was rushed to hospital 
on Thursday night claiming she'd been "vicious attacked" by Tab at Tinseltown 
eaterie where she had been dining with her famous family.
 
Hollywood star Ben 
Affleck has been blamed for Jennifer Garner's sudden split from her 
husband Scott Foley. Sources tell American tabloid the Globe that Garner 
and Affleck, who's engaged to Jennifer Lopez, were very cozy on the Los 
Angeles set of their blockbuster movie Daredevil.

release Spy Hunter 2 this fall for PlayStation 2, XBOX, and Gamecube. The sequel
