Robert Scott (Val Kilmer) is a career military officer working in a highly
secretive special operations force. When Scott is recruited to find Laura
Newton, the daughter of a high-ranking government official, he is paired with
novice Curtis (Derek Luke), who becomes his protégé. Working with a special task
force comprised of Presidential Advisors, the Secret Service, FBI and CIA, Scott
and Derek stumble upon a white slavery ring, which may have some connection to
Laura’s disappearance. Cinematographer Juan Ruiz Anchia drains color out of
everything and editor Barbara Tulliver makes us nervous with pensive cuts and
scenes laden with tension. Mark Isham's score also is quite effective, while
Kilmer’s cinematic sex appeal is back on tract.

Frank ejecting empty clips from his guns while standing in front of his own
tombstone. The statue is accompanied by a full color, hand-numbered Certificate
of Authenticity, and is limited to only 2,500 pieces worldwide.
